Offset Press Room

Offset Press Printing Capabilities: (All via 40" C.T.P. sheet-fed offset printing presses)

• 2/2 (Up to 2 PMS)
• 3/3 (Up to 3 PMS)
• 4/4 (Process color or up to 4 PMS)
• 5/5 (Process color + spot varnish or up to 5 PMS)

Substrate Capabilities:

• Coated paper stocks from 45lb. to 15pt.
• Uncoated paper stocks from 40lb. to 15pt.
• Specialty substrates: Yupo, Tyvek, and Vellum

Coating Capabilities:

• Flood satin or gloss aqueous coat
• Flood or spot-dull, satin, and gloss varnishes, trapped
• Film lamination, one or two-side application

Our Offset Press Room equipment includes:

• Heidelberg SpeedMaster 105ZP: 40", 5-color press with 1/1 and 2/2 perfecting capability
• Komori Lithrone 40: 40", 4-color press with in-line aqueous coating unit
• Heidelberg SpeedMaster 102ZP: 40", 2-color press with 1/1 perfecting capability
• AB Dick 9870: 2-color press

Digital Press Room

Digital Press Printing Capabilities:

• 600 DPI black and white (via Heidelberg and Konica platforms) and 4/4 process color (via Konica platform), printing and perfecting on substrates ranging between 40lb. text up to 12 pt. coated cover stock
• Maximum sheet size for black and white: 12" x 18"
• Maximum sheet size for 4-process color: 13" x 19"

• Konica/Minolta Bizhub Pro C6501P Digital Color Press, G7 Certified
• Konica/Minolta Bizhub Pro 1050e Black and White Digital Press
• Four Heidelberg 9110 Black and White Digital Presses
